    Bonjour, Cliente depuis très longtemps de la société Coop en général, je n'ai jamais vu un tel manque de respect d'une caissière au rayon cosmétique ( Mme Alves Augusto). Aucune amabilité, aucune politesse, et agressive verbalement. C'est vraiment une honte. Je n'ai pas compris un tel état, suite à ma question si la caisse était ouverte...En effet, j'avais mon sac de commission à la main droite, des cosmétiques à la main gauche, il n'y avait personne à la caisse, et sans que j'ai pu dire quoi que ce soit, Mme Alves Augusto avec son doigt pointé vers la caisse me dit : si vous voulez payer, c'est ici ! Surprise, je lui répond que je pensais si la caisse était elle bien ouverte ? Et c'est là que c'est parti le manque de politesse, et d'agressivité dans son Language. C'est vraiment désolant de sa part.
