    Incompétent en plus d'être très désagréable. Je suis entré pour un billet d'avion multi-villes. Cela a mal commencé lorsque je lui ai donné les dates avec un retour le 12, le 13 ou le 14 en fonction des prix et qu'il m'a dit sèchement "il faut choisir pour avoir un prix". Il refusait de répondre à mes questions plutôt simples sur les vols(le comble pour un agent de voyage), ne comprenait pas ou n'écoutait pas ce que je disais et visiblement ne sait pas pas ce qu'est un "booking code". Je ne crois pas avoir déjà été aussi mal traité dans un commerce. Bref, passez votre chemin. Il y a beaucoup plus compétent et plus agréable ailleurs.
