      Isabelle PARAIRE Commande 117950889 Commandé le dimanche vers 17h,l'IPhone souhaité était, selon un courriel reçu, disponible dès lundi matin. Mardi matin, avant de me rendre au magasin de Crissier , j'ai téléphoné pour m'assurer que ma commande était bien là..: réponse négative..!( peut être mercredi...?sans plus de précision). Mercredi 09/04/2025 à 15h45 , j'arrive au magasin : un IPhone13 est là , mais pas à mon nom !!!Après maintes recherches et coup de fil- je dois remercier 2 employés : Christiane et Mohamed qui se sont donnés beaucoup de peine pour éclaicir la situation,avec gentillesse -,pendant plus d'une heure !. Le transfert des données fait, l'installation d'un film protecteur d'écran , j'ai enfin quitté le magasin à plus de 18h30 !! Ilsemblerait qu'il y ait eu un "gros problème " dans le suivi de ma commande : à vérifier...car 2h45 pour un retrait de téléphone portable+ pose d'un film + transfert partiel de données me semble abusif ...

      incroyable... il y a tout sauf le N° de tel sur ce site ! ou alors il faut bien chercher !
