    Je mets une étoile mais si c’était possible j’en aurais mis zéro! Berceau bébé acheté à 400.- avec défaut de fabrication sur ce modèle reconnu par l’enseigne... nous devons couper le tissu du berceau pour pouvoir fixer une barre et la Pfister nous donne 3 solutions plus grotesques les unes que les autres : faire venir des personnes de chez eux à notre domicile pour voir le berceau à nos frais 100.-/heure (pour au final devoir quand même couper le tissu) ou renvoyer le berceau en garantie avec 16 semaines d’attente pour au final avoir le même problème ou dernière solution et la c est le bouquet final : échanger notre berceau neuf contre leur berceau d’exposition qui traîne dans leur magasin depuis de nombreux mois sans aucune autre compensation! En temps de COVID rien de mieux niveau sécurité sanitaire pour un nouveau né comment faire pire comme service clientèle? Franchement nous sommes très déçus de cette enseigne nous y sommes allé pour avoir un berceau de qualité pour notre enfant nous avions envisagé l’achat de son futur lit une fois un peu plus grand et nous pensions acheter notre future chambre à coucher chez eux mais après ça NON MERCI!!! Fuyez et allez chez IKEA, Conforama ou Lipo car au final vous payerez beaucoup moins cher et leur service client est beaucoup mieux en cas de problème ils vous trouvent de VRAIES SOLUTIONS!
