    J'ai amené au pressing un pantalon d'un beau costurme. 5àSec l'a abimé (gros trou au niveau de la cuisse). Ils m'ont juste remboursé à titre exceptionnel d'un montant de 120Fr. J'ai dû jeter mon costume d'un millier de Fr car ils ont gardé en plus le pantalon. Leur service après-vente qui s'est occupé du traitement de mon cas ont été très désagréable. Faîtes comme moi, j'ai changé pour un pressing plus petit et plus humain. Certes, je paie un peu plus cher, mais avant d'arriver au 900 fr que j'ai perdu avec 5àSec, j'ai encore beaucoup de temps. Evitez-les, ils sont malhonnêtes.
