    Toller Coop, ausser Metzgerei. Haben nie die Aktionen, die in der Coop Zeitung stehen bereit und wissen auch nichts davon. Die Fleischvitrinen waren gähnend leer! Ging am Do 8. 4. 2021 dann noch in eine kleine Coop Filiale und bekam dort den Hackbraten. Unverständlich, schlechte Führung!

    Hatte heute eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit einem deutschen Metzger an der Fleischtheke gemacht. Der Wochenend Knaller, Kalbsragout, war nicht hier. Zuerst hat er mir nicht geglaubt, dann hat er mich zu den Sushi und Frischpizzen schauen geschickt. Dann hat er vorgegeben, keine Coop Zeitung zu haben und als ich diese selbst hinter der Kasse eine holte, behauptet er, dass es in grösseren Filialen zu haben sei. Das stimmt nicht, da es keine Fussnote hatte. Dann meinte er noch, dass er nichts dafür könne und es ihm auch egal sei. Da wundert man sich nicht, dass der Detailhandel Mühe hat. Inkompetent, nicht kundenorientiert, frech. Der Kunde ist König, ohne den Kunden hätte er seinen Job nicht. Es gehört dazu, sich zu entschuldigen, auch wenn man direkt nichts dafür kann. Schlechte Personalführung!!!!!
