    extrem wenig Mitarbeiter dafür 3-4 Chefs die herumlaufen und den Laden umplanen, überall Werbung für die Zusatzgarantie und Versicherung

    Schlechter Service. Iphone X bereits seit über fünf Wochen in Reparatur. Ein Datum für Abholung konnte noch immer nicht genannt werden. Leih- oder Ersatzgerät war nicht verfügbar. Briefpost mit Sendungsverfolgung wurde seitens MediaMarkt ignoriert und nicht beantwortet. Die Nachfrist wurde somit einfach verstrichen gelassen. Ich erwarte nun Wandelung nach Gesetz. Telefongespräch mit Geschäftsführer Media Markt Chur war wenig aufschlussreich und auch nicht lösungsorientiert. Media Markt kann ich nicht empfehlen.
