Ho portato un televisore che aveva problema di display, mi hanno detto che dovevo mandare in fabbrica le spese dovevo pagare io. Assolutamente il Tv non è stato mandato o non è stato aperto il pacco, per il motivo; mi hanno chiamato che arrivato il Tv non riparato è il pacco era ancora con nastro adesivo come avevo messo e tutto chiuso. In più mi hanno fatto pagare le spese oltre quello che avevano detto.
