    Mitte September habe ich mein E-Bike zur Reperatur gebracht. Akkukontakt und Bremsseil musste ersetzt werden. Am 9. November 2020 habe ich ein Telefon eralten, dass mein E-Bike abholbereit ist. Als ich am 10. November 2020 mein E-Bike holen wollte, habe ich gesehen, dass das Bremsseil nicht ersetzt wurde. Ein älterer Mitarbeiter hat mir gesagt, dass er das weiterleitet und sie dies noch ersetzen werden. Eine Woche später, am 16. November 2020 bekam ich nochmals ein Telefon, dass es jetzt wieder abholbereit ist. Am 17. November 2020 als ich wieder gegangen bin, war es immernoch nicht ersetzt. Nach langer Diskussion mit den Mitarbeitern aus dem Jumbo, kam der Chef und hatte eine faule Ausrede, dass sie wegen Corona ausgefallenes Personal haben, aber hinter seinem Rücken waren mindestens 5 Mitarbeiter an der Information, die keine Ahnung von ihrer Arbeit hatten ausser 1 ältere Mitarbeiterin die hilfsbereit war. Ich musste zwei Mal von Stein am Rhein nach Frauenfeld fahren und wieder ohne ganze Reparatur zurückfahren. Ausserdem kam mein Sattel mit zwei Löchern zurück (Beweisfotos sind vorhanden). Es wird lange dauern bis ich wieder eine Jumbo-Filliale betreten werde. Meine Frage wäre nun: Für was haben Sie eine Werkstatt-Ecke wenn Sie nicht fähig sind ein Bremsseil zu wechseln?
